SketchParty TV 6 is coming to the App Store on November 10th, 2026.

SketchParty TV is the original party drawing game for Apple TV. It’s fun, family-friendly, and played at holiday gatherings and in classrooms around the world. And now, after 14 years on the App Store and the same basic look for most of that time, it’s finally getting a total redesign. Coming soon!

What’s New

A brand-new look

Completely redesigned for iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV, with better buttons, a streamlined interface, and more fun animations. And everything is more cohesive between platforms. Every single screen has been rethought and redrawn, from the main menu to the end-of-game experience. And there’s a new how-to-play walkthrough that makes it even easier to get started, with clearer step-by-step instructions for however you connect: native app on tvOS, AirPlay on compatible TVs, or via an HDMI adapter.

Rebuilt to resize

Originally made for iPad and locked to landscape, SketchParty TV 6 adapts to every iPhone and iPad, in any orientation. Even the iPhone Duo!

Better gampeplay

When your turn starts, now you’ll need to press-and-hold to see your first word. That’s to keep things fair, preventing peeking.

More gameplay improvements:

• Skipping the rest of your turn now shows “Passed!” instead of “Time’s Up”
• Drawing tool improvements, including a redesigned color picker.
• More confetti pops (without the cleanup).
• Smoother countdowns.
• Clarified end-of-game time bonuses.

Relive the laughter

The Past Games and Post-game Review screens have been improved. You’ll be able to easily start a new game using the same players, which is perfect for people who play regularly.
